To provide AI-powered scheduling features, We collect:

• Calendar events (title, time, duration, location, attendees)
• Task descriptions and outcomes
• User preferences and energy patterns
• Agent interaction history (questions, suggestions, decisions)

You decide what information to provide. The Service cannot function properly without basic scheduling data.

We automatically collect:

• Device type, operating system, and app version
• Activity logs and feature usage analytics

This data helps Us secure, improve, and optimize the Service.

3.2 To Improve AI Models

We may use anonymized or aggregated scheduling data to improve Our AI models and algorithms. When You enable "Share conversation data" in Settings, We may review Your conversation content to diagnose errors and improve accuracy. You can disable this at any time.

3.3 Analytics

When You enable "Share usage analytics" in Settings (enabled by default), We collect anonymous usage metrics via PostHog to understand how features are used and prioritize improvements. You can disable this at any time.

3.4 Communications

We may contact You about:

• Service-related notifications
• Customer support responses

We do not send marketing emails.

We may use Your data to:

• Detect or prevent fraud
• Comply with legal obligations
• Protect Our rights

4. Your Privacy Controls

You have direct control over Your data sharing through in-app Settings:

5. How We Share Personal Data

• PostHog — Usage analytics (when enabled by You)
• Sentry — Error tracking and crash reporting
• AI providers (OpenAI / Anthropic) — Natural language processing

5.4 Aggregated or Anonymized Data

• Scheduling Data until You delete it or delete Your Account

We delete or anonymize data when no longer needed unless legally required to retain it.

Your information may be transferred to and processed on servers outside Your jurisdiction. Our database is hosted on Supabase (AWS Singapore). We implement safeguards as required by law.

You can delete Your account and all associated data through:

When You delete Your Account, all Your data is permanently deleted. Some data may persist in backups for a limited period.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Your data, including row-level security on all database tables, encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), and JWT-based authentication. However, no online system is entirely secure.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are their own, and We do not control or endorse them.
