Delete Your Account

Permanently remove your PARA account and all associated data

If you would like to delete your PARA account and all associated data, you have the following options:

Option 1: In the App

Open PARA > Settings > Delete Account

This will immediately and permanently delete your account and all your data.

Option 2: Email

Send an email to support@shrimgon.ai with the subject line "Delete My Account" from the email address associated with your account.

We will process your request within 48 hours.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account and login credentials
• All scheduling intentions and task history
• All calendar events
• Conversation history with the AI assistant
• Privacy preferences
• Usage analytics data
• Feedback submissions

Data That May Persist

• Anonymized, aggregated metrics (not linked to your identity)
• Data required to be retained by law
• Backup copies (automatically purged within 30 days)
